WELCOME TO SHANDAR FARMS
Shandar farms is laid out on 5.6 acres just a few minutes hack to the WEF Show Grounds.
The practical layout of the 8 Stall Barn along with the five grassy paddocks and large arenas, gives it a sense of large space and expanse, unlike some which have 20 plus stall barns packed like sardines into the same space causing clostrophobic congestion and chaos. Since there are no Dirt Roads there is no dust. The miles and miles of grassy Bridle path are nice and traffic free.
The traffic free, tranquil, quiet 'horse friendly' location, keeps horses calm and peaceful as the farm is located at a dead end, cul-de-sac, partially surrounded by water and thick foliage and trees with NO vehicular traffic, just the ocassional rider as there are miles and miles of riding trails in the community.
The 8 Stall center aisle barn consists of large padded 12X12 airy stalls with fans. The Feed & Tack rooms are air conditioned which is a necessity here in Florida. The Tack room is tiled, with a half bath and Large stacking Washer/ Dryer. A loft for storing Blankets etc. within easy reach. The stalls have sliding doors. The hot & cold wash rack, just like the entire barn, has 'soft water' for a nice shiny healthy coat.
The large luxuriously furnished efficiency apartment is tiled with high ceilings and fans above the bedroom & living room. It has a King bed and a Queen sofa bed OR two twin beds & a sofa bed. The kitchen has full size appliances. The bath is fully tiled. The front door goes out to a nice patio with out door furniture and there is a convenient exit into the barn as well. The large picture windows look out onto the paddocks & arenas and one onto the patio, giving it plenty of light & sunshine if needed.
There is plenty of parking for a trailer & RV as well as cars, trucks etc.
Even though it feels like you're out in the country, it is conveniently located just a few minutes drive to all the local commercial areas, stores, banks, restaurants and malls in Wellington.
It is about a 30 minute drive to Palm Beach, famous Worth Avenue and the beach.
W. Palm Beach airport (PBI) is about a 20-25 minute drive, Ft. Lauderdale airport is approximately 45 minutes away and Miami International about an hour and 15 minutes.
Complimentary pick up and drop off to PBI & stay if coming from out of town to look at the farm.
Additionally various farm vehicles can be available to patrons, depending upon availability, ranging from SUV, Quad, dirt bike & bicycles.
LEASE TERM .....
FOR SEASON : The farm is offered as a whole package at one seasonal rate from November 1st. through the end of March for 'FIVE' months which is a full month more than the usual 4 months offered by most.
If additional months are required along with the seasonal lease those would be available at an "off season" rate.
OFF SEASON : The entire facility OR Individual stalls are available at 'off season' rates, with or without the apartment along with plenty of parking for RV / trailer / truck etc.
The barn was built in 2003 out of Concrete Block and has EIGHT 12'X12' matted stalls with large windows looking out onto foliage, water and trees.
The stalls have sliding doors and swing out Feed windows. The dividers are aluminum bars so there is ample air flow supported by individual Fans for each stall when required. The wide aisle is matted as well. It has a Matted hot/cold wash rack at the entrance. The barn is equpped with a filter system that provides purified soft water to all the areas of the barn. The airconditioned TACK Room is tiled and has a stacking front loading, large capacity WASHER / DRYER along with a half bath and sink. The FEED room next door is airconditioned as well.
There is plenty of storage in the large walk through attic.
Large parking lot with easy ingress / egress for loading / unloading your truck / trailer, RV, automobiles.
LEASE TERM .........

TURNOUTS & ARENAS
There are five grass paddocks, with shade trees and water supply, one Small one next to the barn.
The main arena is 120' X 220" LARGE with mainly SAND FOOTING mixed with a binding material and is IRRIGATED. It has been approved by all the Pro's and amateurs alike.
Next to it is a large grass arena for those who prefer grass footing.
SUITE & LIVING
LARGE LUXURY FURNISHED SUITE:
Is fully equipped and furnished for two. It is tiled throughout with high ceilings and ceiling fans. There is a large Double Twin bed OR Two seperate twin beds and a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen has full size appliances and the beautiful bath is fully tiled. For your relaxation time there is a flat screen T.V. with satellite.
Large patio and also available a beautiful private swimming pool with a tiki hut, overlooking the arenas and turnouts, to relax on your days off, or to barbeque. The pool area has a huge area with no climb fence around it.
RV HOOKUP: There is an electrical hookup for an RV with enough space to park a 45 footer if you need additional living quarters.
